Amran there is a whole somali base on this Website, I am sure you noticed that, If you can read it, I guarantee you can master many commonly used Somali health-related vocabulary..

salam all
well,  I would say the only way to improve this, is to communicate alot with somali pp like ur family and friends with somali lang.  afriend of mine is a freelancer interpreter at the department of health  services (NHS). she interpreters for all kinds Somali patients, she says it's sometimes hard to make some ppl understand some specific things, coz soomaaligu waaa lahjadabadanyahay, thr my be some ppl who couldn't understand ur accent
never give up learning

WOW this is great walahi! i didn't notice it too  :-\

but i discovered that I'm good in Somali somehow  :P
there was Little boy 14yrs old new to Kuwait, they were suspecting that he has TB coz his X-ray showed some abnormal stuff anyways
they were doing bronchoscopy to him so they were telling us to back off and watch from quite a distance coz we r students, alhamdulilah when i saw his file it was written Somali and the boy was suffering to understand what they are telling him till i told him I'm Somali too lol
they were like OK you come here OTHERS stay back <-- felt like VIP
and alhamdulilah i didn't disappoint them, i could translate to the little boy and he was so cooperative !!!
bottom of line: i need to learn more!
