Costs of Studying medicine in Uganda

Tazamis:
I support a man who is studying at the clinical officer school in Mbale/Uganda and I wonder how much it would cost for him to finish a degree at the main university in Kampala.I don't want to say anything to him about doing this as I don't know if I can afford to help him.
Does anyone know how much it costs and also does he have to study a full course considering he will have already studied medicne for three years
