asalamu aleikum hadaan qabo cholesterol sideen ku garan karaa cholesterolkayga high inuu yahay, sideen low uga dhigi karaa anigoo wax daawo ah aanan qaadan sideen ku ogaan karaa inuu low yahay

Cholesteraalka maleh calaamado uu qofka ku ogaan karo heerka uu maraayo , waana muhiim in layareeyo heerka cholesteralka dhiiga qof walba.
Sida kaliya ee lagu oogaan karo heerka  Cholesteralka waa adoo dhiiga lagaa qaado oo sheeybaarka lagu soo baaro. "lipoprotein/lipid profile" ,  Dabadeedna takhtarka ayaa kuu fasiri doona markii natiijada baaritaankaaga uu soo baxo.  Waxaad ogaaneesaa  sadex cabir ; cholesteraalka guud , cholesteraalka nooca xun ( the bad type) iyo nooca wanaagsan (the good type) sida badan waxaa soo raaca  ''trilycerides'' oo isna lagu cabiro heerka dufanka kujira dhiiga.
Hadii uu aad u sareeyo cholesteraalkaaga waxaa muhiim noqoneesa in aad qaadato daawooyin, oo takhtarkaaga ayaa kala tashaneesaa.

3.   Miisaankaaga oo aad xakameesid , adoo tixgalinaaya waxa looyaqaaan BMI ( ka akhriso bogoga kale)
4.   Sigaarka oo aan lacabin.
Nasiib daro waxaa jirta qofka in uusan wax kaqaban Karin cimrigiisa  maadaama uu heerka Cholesteraalka kor u kaco markii uu qofka sii weenaadaba , sidoo kale waxaa jirta in laiska dhaxlo oo qooysaska qaarkood ay leeyihiin cholesterol badan.
