The international humanitarian organization Medecins Sans Frontieres - France / Doctors Without Borders is seeking for its programs in Kenya, the following position;

Experienced HIV Doctor
Based in Nairobi

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality of consultations and follow up care provided to patients attending the BlueHouse Clinic in Mathare / Eastleigh.

Requirements:

# Must be a Medical Doctor (not a Clinical Officer).
# Must be registered with the medical board with a current practicing license.
# A minimum of 5 years experience as a medical doctor.
# At least 3 years experience in HIV and TB programmes.
# Must be able to demonstrate excellent clinical knowledge of HIV and co-infections.
# Team management skills and proven team management experience are essential.
# Ability to motivate staff.
# Proven ability to ensure fast and accurate implementation of protocols.
# Good analytical skills and ability to use these skills to write accurate, concise reports.
# Able to take initiative.
# Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
# Experience with MSF or another international non governmental organisation is an advantage.
# Excellent written and spoken English and Kiswahili.
# Should hold the necessary statutory documents (NSSF, NHIF, PIN Number).
