    Alert: MSF Suspension in Daynile and Jamaame

  • MSF has decided to suspend its medical operations in Daynile and Jamaame. In the event that MSF is able to secure acceptable operating conditions for its projects at these 2 sites, medical support will resume.
  • (MSF) says that weeks of negotiations with the Al Shabaab group have failed, meaning the staff of the international medical aid group will not be able to provide assistance to several regions in southern Somalia.
