It's rainy time here in kenya and in Somalia, during this time many people use rain water for drinking, cooking and washing. The rain water is softer than normal water, thus, salt can help to make your water more taste. E.g to make tea with rain water, add small (thump & finger) salt and you'll find some new taste. To boil eggs fast add some salt in the water. (there are countless uses of salt) but in rainy season Without salt, your food and other uses of rain water will make any one vomitting. Use only salts available around there since there are different salts all over the world.
