Home workout routine

Before you start home workout warm up your body and get ready for exercise,
Push ups are one of the first exercises everyone can easily perform,
this workout is for the chest, triceps and even involve your back and shoulder muscles....

Hello everyone. I want to share some healthy tips with you. If someone needs to lose his weight then he should do walk daily.
Walk is the best solution of heavy weight

Hi Kazimierz,
Agree with your post that we must do stretching and warm up before exercise and you can do walking, running, jogging, crunches, squats and dancing from home to burn fat and lose weight.
