Hey....
 Some main point of those tips which are most effective and useful to lower blood pressure...
1..take that food that vitamin C
2.Oatmeal
3.15-20 minutes of mild exercise
4.reduce the amount of salt that you take everyday.
5.Weight Loss
6.High Fiber Diet
7.Omega 3 fatty acid
8.if you are a smoker quit smoking
9.relaxation techniques especially mediation

Some more tips to lower blood pressure effective:
Do exercise regularly,
Do reduce weight,
Eat whole grains, fruits, vegetables and no fat dairy products more in your diet,
Reduce the amount of sodium in your diet plans,
Avoid or limit alcohol, smoking and caffeine,
Do control your stress,
Monitor your blood pressure daily.

Hi All,
Great tips to lower and maintain blood pressure and like to say do add vitamin C2, oatmeal, high fiber diet and omega 3 fatty acids in your diet meals and limit the amount of salt in your meals.

Here are some ways for controlling the blood pressure naturally.

Cut of your fat and reduce your extra weight.
Do exercise regularly.
Do yoga.
Eat garlic for reducing the blood pressure.
Drink more cool water and fresh fruit juices.
Avoid more heavy and fast foods.
