MSF-CH is seeking candidates for the post of: Hospital Nurse Supervisor To support its humanitarian operations in Somalia

Location:       Mogadishu

Start Date:     Immediate

Scope of responsibilities:

The Hospital nurse Supervisor will ensure the smooth functioning of the Hospital in terms of nursing .

He/she is needed for the supervision of the para medical staff in the Hospital and will ensure that a high level of nursing care is given to the patients.

The Unit Supervisor is also the person who is responsible for the administrative duties that this position demands such as preparing leave plans in collaboration with the Administration, conduct evaluations, following the attendancy list.

Support the Nurses and Nutrition assistants and provid training/coaching where needed.

Ensure adequate human resources are in place and advice for changes in the set up or increase of resources (staff and other).

Recruitment criteria:

Nursing diploma.

Experience in a similar role, previous experience with MSF will be an added advantage

Somali language and Good command of English (written & spoken) preferred.

Basic computer skills(word, excel, email/internet).
