Help with Honours degree about Somalia's problems with Tuberculosis TB

My name is Hassan Abdullahi and I am starting my Honours degree inshallah 2013. I told my supervisor that I will write about Somalia's problems with Tuberculosis TB. Since I am writing about the past, I wish to find out when there was the worst epidemics/ or the highest incidence/prevalence of TB in Somalia and whether any measures taken or not taken has changed the occurrence of the disease.

Also, I wish to know whether there is any websites/sources/ patient records/ organisation that I can contact to continue my research.
