Study MD in Ukraine - Poltava

I am considering admission in
UKRAINIAN STATE MEDICAL AND STOMATOLOGICAL ACADEMY in Poltava Ukraine

The official website I assume is http://www.umsa.edu.ua/homeeng.html
there is not much information for Foreign Students and enrollment procedure or deadlines / cut off dates

I cannot get through due to a lot of admission consultants websites, which are portraying as University websites themselves. 
Most of these consultants are just a front to some language programs conducted by University or Non Accredited Institutions
The consultants get you in for Ukrainian language although you applied for MD program conducted in English.

Salaam.I'm a student in ukraine and yeh the admission can be a bit hard due to the fact that most of these pages are just agencies
