Su'aal: Vitaminska dabka ama karinta maku dhintaan?

Asc Somalidoc, salaan ka dib, waxaan ka maqlay dadka qaar oo ku dhahaayo vitaminka dabka wuu ku dhintaa  siiba kan khudaarta laga helo, marka arintaas maxaa ka jiro? mideeda kale ukunta hadaan kariyo si caadi eh vitaminska ku jira miyay burburayaan? tnks
