Why Exercise Is Wise?

  You've probably heard countless times how exercise is "good for you." But did you know that it can actually help you feel good, too? Getting the right amount of exercise can rev up your energy levels and even help improve your mood.....Exercise benefits every part of the body, including the mind and helps people lose weight and helps prevent heart disease and many other health problems...it even helps u look better at last.
   I hope u guys will share with me discussing this topic, But the question is Why somalis are not so intersted in getting started with exercise while every somali boy or girl looks unfit when she/he is in her/his teenage ??? n others are sufffering from diabetes(normaly if we are somalis its common habit to eat n consume more sugar than others) eating more sugar, sitting and relaxing instead of getting started with exercise ???  guys am i rite?

I agree with you walaal yaxye.. but look with me definition of exercise in our language: ;D
1- Jir dhisid
2- Jimicsi
Think about these 2 words a little bit..... ::)
dadka badankiisa waxa ay jir-dhisku u yaqaanaan dadka biraha qaadqaada oo orda, kadibne tartamada ka qeyb galo... 8)
inta soo hartayne jimicsiga ayey u arkaan wax uu sameeyo qof shaqo la'aan ah.... :-\
adiga bal hada, aabahaa ama awowgaa waxaad ku dhahdaa, waan soo jimicsanayaa? :o, waxa uu kuugu jawaabi doonaa: wax aad qabato maad weyday? >:(
Su'aasha loo baahan yahay in laga jawaabo waxa ay tahay maxaa jirdhisku iyo jimicsiga looga aaminsanyahay fikradaha noocaan ah? :-[

Sidaa darteed reer miyiga, noloshooda ayaaba ku dhisan jimicsi, (xoolo raacid, beer falid, ceel soo shubid iyo aqal dhisid).
