Bismillahi..

Waa casharkii 4-aad ee taxanihii baraarujinta caafimaad ee bisha ramadaan.
Waxaan qoraalkaan kaga hadlayaa talooyin guud oo ku socota bukaannada damacsan inay soomaan bisha barakaysan ee Ramadaan.

  • Iska ilaali cunnooyinka cusbada iyo sokorta ku badan tahay xilliga suxuurta maxaayeelay waxay jirka ka nuugaan dheecaan unugeedka, taasi oo keeni karto haraad badan maalintii
  • Iska ilaali in aad qoraxda ku shaqaysid si aadan u fuuq bixin ama dareeraha jirkaaga u yaraan.
  • Ku dadaal in aad cabtid ugu yaraan 8 kobo oo biyo ah inta u dhaxayso afurka iyo suxuurta illaa inuu dhakhtarkaaga kuu diido mooyee.
  • Kala tasho dhakhtarkaaga qaadashada iyo wixii laga badalayo daawooyinka kaadida badiyo ee loo yaqaano "Diuretics".
