Diphallia or penile duplication (PD)  is a medical condition in which a male infant is born with two penises. This is an extremely rare disorder with only approximately 100 cases of diphallia recorded since the first case reported in 1609.

Its occurrence is one in 5.5 million men in the United States.

When diphallia is present, it is usually accompanied by other congenital anomalies such as renal, vertebral, hindgut or anorectal duplication. There is also a higher risk of spina bifida. Infants born with PD and its related conditions have a higher death rate from various infections associated with their more complex renal or colorectal systems.

It is thought diphallia occurs in the fetus between the 23rd and 25th days of gestation when an injury, chemical stress, or malfunctioning homeobox genes hamper proper function of the caudal cell mass of the fetal mesoderm as the urogenital sinus separates from the genital tubercle and rectum to form the penis.

I hope he will get a proper surgical care in his condition...

that's true walahi nomad thanks  a lot..that's my fault also coz such pics is very sensitive and u have to do informed consent form the pt as well as from the parents of pt before u take the photo..here Common examples of misuse of photos include:
·Using a photo to illustrate persons affected by HIV/AIDS (or any other issue) when there is no evidence to support a connection between recognizable individuals and the content of the material.
·Using a photo of another organization's activities to showcase your own organization's program without disclosing the true content of the photo.
·Using a photo of people in one country to represent people in another country.
·Making a false or unfair, presumptive statement about a human photo subject in an explicit or implicit manner (e.g. captions, text, headings, document layout). For example, it is impermissible to use a general photo of a woman breastfeeding on the cover of a report on "Mother-to-Child HIV Transmission" or next to a caption that highlights statistics on HIV transmission, even if the text does not make specific reference to people in the photo.
