Woman gives birth to identical triplets!!

It's a rare event that it might happen just once in 200 million births.

Identical triplets means that the original fertilized egg split and then one of the resultant cells splits again (producing identical triplets) or, even more rarely, a further split occurs (producing identical quadruplets).

One of the problems the parents face is how to distinguish one from the other!
