Bismillah,

Cambuhu waa midho macaan oo cunno iyo cabitaan ahaanba loo isticmaalo, wuxuu aad uga baxaa dalkeena iyo meelo kaloo dunida ka mid ah. Cambaha wuxuu ku jiraa midhaha ugu caafimaadka badan ee la cuno.

Waxaan halkaan ku soo aruuriyay faa'idooyinkiisa caafimaad khaasatan kuwa cilimibaaris ahaan loo ogaaday:

  • Cambaha waxaa ka buuxo nafaqo kala duwan, taasoo tamar iyo caafimaad bini'aadanka uu ka helo sida fitamiinnada kala duwan, macdanta botasiyam, magniisiyam, birta iyo siliniyam.

  • Cambaha wuxuu sare u qaadaa difaaca jirka, cilmibaaris mardhaw la sameeyane waxaa cambaha laga soo saaray maaddo Alle ku abuuray oo loo yaqaano "mangiferin", maadadaan waxaa la arkay in looga hortago kansarka naasaha iyo malawadka ku dhaco.   • Diraasada lagu sameeyay awoodda cambaha ee dhinaca taranka ragga waxaa la arkay inuu kordhiyo xawaaraha iyo tayada shahwada.
