Definition :Is kind of psychological disease which is a strong desire to go abroad or outside someplace.
Etiology: idiopathic
Epidemiology: it is common among Somali young people, but can affect any age group.It is common problem of Somali youth especially in Kenya and Ethiopia.
Transmission: this disease is highly contagious and spread verbally from person to person.
Signs and symptoms:
It varies from minor symptoms to severe deprssion but usually the patient develops strong desire to go abroad by anyway.
Lab tests: not available lab tests for these patients but they may have
Complications: depression, headache .tachycardia, tachypenia but the temperature is normal ,if it is severe enough it might lead to schizophrenia and even death.
Treatment: Visa to Europe + ticket.
Prophylaxis: by away from those patients because till now no medicine can prevent this disease nor vaccine. Are available
