HEALTH-Important Notice

Reduce the amount of tea you consume

Do not eat bread which has only JUST been toasted

Keep your distance from hand phone chargers

Drink more water in the morning, less at night

Do not drink coffee twice a day

Reduce the amount of oily food you consume

Best sleeping time is from 10pm at night to 6am in the morning

Do not have HUGE meals after 5pm

Do not take alcohol more than one glass/cup/serving a day

Do not take pills with cool water

Do not lie down immediately after taking medicine before sleeping

Getting less than 8 hours of sleep affects your health

People used to napping will not get old easily

If you can't get do early morning runs, 5pm-8pm in the afternoon is a

great time for jogging

When battery is down to the last grid/bar, do not answer the phone

The radiation is 1000 times

Answer the phone by left ear

It'll spoil your brain directly by using right ear

Do not use headphones/earphone for extended periods of time

Rest your ear awhile after 1 hour

قلل من كمية الشاي.

لا تأكل خبز محمص للتو.

ابتعد مسافة كافية عن شاحن الجوال.

اشرب كميات كبيره من الماء صباحا وأقل ليلا.

لا تشرب قهوة مرتين في اليوم.

قلل من مقدار الطعام المطبوخ بالزيت.

أفضل أوقات النوم من 10 مساء حتى 6 صباحا.

لا تاكل وجبات ثقيله بعد الساعه 5 مساء.

لا تأخذ حبوب الدواء مع ماء بارد.

لا تستلقي مباشرة بعد أخذك دواء قبل النوم.

نوم أقل من 8 ساعات يأثر على صحتك.

الأشخاص المعتادين على أخذ قيلولة لن يشيخوا بسهولة.

اذا لم تستطع الجري المبكر كل صباح, أفضل وقت بعدها هو من 5 مساء حتى 8 مساء.

اذا انخفضت بطارية جوالك لآخر برج, لا تقم بالرد على هاتفك..مقدار التردد يكون اكثر بألف مره.

أجب الهاتف بالأذن اليسار, ستأثر على دماغك مباشرة اذا اجبت بالأذن اليمين.

لا تستخدم سماعات الرأس او الأذن لفترات طويلة.

أرح اذنك كل ساعة

tea has good effects as it contains antioxidants!!! good for repelling free radicals,and can combat cancer.heart diseases,and even wrinkles..it has recently been claimed!!!....but yeah it increases esophageal cancer .....but minimal!! good effects outweigh that! Chai biyo ustaad...garam duud batti!!

Salam Yaxya,yeah its Urdu...meaning DRINK TEA YAA USTAAD ((CHAI BIYO USTAAD)) AND GARAM DUUD BATTI MEANS ((HOT TEA WITH MILK))..bcz Pakistanis are the one of the world`s most tea drinking societies actually i recently read the 3rd highest tea consuming country in the world,so its common here  to drink that hot tea with milk even when its above 45 degrees Celsius!! thats why i m now somehow addicted to that traditional Pakistani duud batti!!

Health is Wealth.One should be given priority in his life and health.If wealth is lost what is lost.If health is lost something is to be taken to moderate lost.One food and water to protect their health.One should have a good sleep at least six hours per day.
