Digirtu waxaa lagu tiriyaa cunnada faa'idada badan xambaarsan oo hadane la woodi karo.
Digirtu waxaa loo yaqaanaa "hilibka saboolada" sababtuna waa faa'idada u dhiganta hilibka ee laga helo digirta.

Digirta waxaa laga helaa 20 walxood oo jirka faa'ido ugu jiro waxayna kala yihiin" fitamiin C, fitamiin K, fitamiin B1, fitamiin B2, fitamiin B6, folic acid, kaalshiyam, birta, magniisiyam, fosfayt, bootaasiyam, zink, kobber, sleniyam, dufanka omega 3, omega 6, borotiin iyo tamar - intaasba waa nafaqo ku kaydsan digirta.
