A pregnant lady was delivered at madani teaching hospital by Em C/S due to failure of trail of labour , the pt discharged after 5days of operation in good condition, but after 29 days the pt develop pain in her left lower limb which was severe and associated with swelling which was tender , eventually she can not walk on it , her condition not associated with chest pain or fever.
Other systems: no significant.

Examination of the lower limbs after starting treatment :
By inspection:
the left leg was elevated on a pillow and there is swelling ,
By palpation: not tender, normal temperature , unilateral oedema

what is the most likely diagnosis?

 deep vein thrombosis and mostly after second stage of surgery pelvic vein thrombsis is complicatoin start her with low molecular weight [claxan] acording to weight
