Title: How to Nurse should deal with frustration and anger issues?

hi all, I have got some anger problems i get frustrated easily and loose my temper easily, if somthing takes long to load or wont work i usualy lose my temper with it and its getting worse, with my mum i lose my temper over small thigns and shout instead of talking... i punch and kick doors iv busted my nuckels before punching doors..

how can i deal with this better and to be able to keep my cool
this doesnt happen alot outside but i have lost it before

Any suggestions how to deal with these issues????

more importantly, make wuduu, read some Qur'an and pray 2 rak'a and Inshallah everything will be ok :)
