Greetings from Star Education Consultants Ukraine,
Through this message we want to invite you to join us in recruitment of your Students to Universities of Ukraine. Ukrainian Universities offer a wide range of programmes. Medical universities are recognized by WHO, UNESCO, PLAB, USMLE and EU.
Invitation Letter will be issued in March 2009 and posted with TNT or DHL. Once Invitation Letter received, you need to prepare required documents for visa and submit in Ukraine Embassy by June/July 2009, obtain your visa and fly Ukraine from August 2009 to 15TH November 2009. Ukraine embassy accepts Student Visa Application until 10TH November, students who obtain their visa after this date arrive Ukraine until December end. No other intake is available by now.
Students who wish to join September 2009-2010 session should contact us now to secure their Admission and Invitation letters as Embassy of Ukraine gives Appointments for Visa on "First Come, First Served".

I had the opportunity to consult with Mr Yousef via email and on phone, decided NOT to go with as the university he recommended was not listed anywhere in the world.
The name of the University he recommended was
INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN UNIVERSITY
I contacted him via email and asked about he University I was interested in and he did not respond
Other things that can raise RED Flag
domain name 'whois' search does not come up with registrar's name as Mr. Yousef or any address in Ukraine
Be careful while doing business.
