Title: WHO meeting for Somalia, Putnland & Somaliland

Meetings' agendas and issues agreed are:
  • Somali Health Policy
  • Revising health budget for Somalia with fairly distribution
  • Disccusion of the amont 17% allocated by world bank for health in Somalia.
  • Improving health quality in the hospitals and health centers.
  • Imroving and increasing the obstetric health care in Somalia
  • To start hepatitis B vaccination in Somalia from 2011
  • To unify health statistics in Somalia (Health management information system)
  • Establish health education project for Somalia and to encourage diaspora health professionals to participate.

Now, it is great pleasure to see Somalis united in this field (Health). I should say congratulation to the Ministers from Somalia, Puntland and Somaliland.
