What is wrong with this X-ray & What is your diagnosis?

I think it's rhematoid arthritis because:
1- Erosion in fingres
2- Fusion of carpal bone in left hand

Yes it's correct
Old rheumatoid arthritis (burned-out)
Findings:
1-Fragmanted carbal bones without joint spaces
2-sub-articular cysts in the distal metaphysis of the radius
3-Loss of the ulnar styloid
4-visible erosions in the head of metacarpals of thumb and index finger
5-Increased joint space of the metacarpo-phalangeal joint related to the index finger
6-The interphalangeal joints show loss of joint space or subluxation
