First of all hellow every body, I haven’t been the site for long, I was in the middle of my exams, finally, I'm glad to be exam free

Secondly, a complete daily food includes different ingredients such as carbohydrates, proteins, fats, sodium, glucose (sugars), and Vitamins a& minerals, which are essential to life. They are considered as micronutrients as they are only needed in small amounts compared to macronutrients such as carbohydrates, proteins and fat.  Major vitamins include vitamin A, vitamin B complex: B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (nicotinic acid), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B12 and vitamin c.
However, most of the food labels tell you what percentage of your recommended daily allowance is provided by the serving of food. Not, it is based on a 2,000 calorie diet.
