I m quite agree with my both friends above.Weight and fat is becoming the big issue every where,so if we want to eliminate that kind of problem we should take necessary steps like eats healthy live healthy,because unhealthy fast/junk food damages us quite badly internally and externally as well.Second do some kind of physical game like swimming,running,jogging,yoga,gym whatever your interest is,Due to this our calories burn and we able our body to fight against disease and infections.
