Lifestyle

Qaado talooyinkaan si aad gaas calooleedka uga fogaato:
1- ha ku cashaynin cunno suugo leh, baasto ama bariis.
2- ha cunin cunnooyinka dhanaanka ah, dufanka badan iyo caibtaannada aashitada leh.
3- ha cabin kafeega iyo shaaha caleenta ku badan tahay.
4- ka fogow daawooyinka qaar sida asprin-ka iyo ibuprofen-ka kuwaas oo boog calooleedka gaaska keeno.
5- waqti dambe ha cashaynin hana ku jiifanin.
6- caloosha ha buuxsanin, gaajadane iska ilaali (cunno yar yar oo aan kala fogayn).
7- haddii aad balwad leedahay jooji sida cabidda sigaarka iyo qaadka oo labadoodaba gaaska ay u daran yihiin.
8- iska ilaali hilibka shiilan iyo baruurta.
9- iska ilaali miraha cayrinka ah, liin balbeelmada, qaraha, lowska, cinabka iyo oranjada.

waxaa laga yaabaa liiskaan kore in ay ku jiraan cunno aan ku dhibin waa suura gal oo dadka way ku kala duwan yihiin.
