Isticmaalka Sigaarka Iyo Tubaakada

Sigaarku wuxuu bulshada ku hayaa dhibaato baaxad wayn leh, dhakhtar kasta iyo cilmibaare kasta waxay isku waafaqsan yihiin inuu caafimaadka halis u yahay, laakiin sidaas ay tahayne, isticmaalkiisu maalinba maalinta ka dambaysa wuu sii kordhayaa, waa maandooriye halis ah oo hadduu qofka qabatimo ay adag tahay inuu joojiyo, mar walbana marka ka sii dambaysa, isticmaalkiisu wuu sii kordhiayaa illaa uu noloshaada oo idil la wareego.

Hadii adan bukaankaaga ka waanin mushkiladan oo aad ka xishooto, inaad bukankaaga u sharaxdo dhibaatooyinka uu leeyahay sigaarka si laguu weydiinin su'aalahaas aan kor ku soo xusay, waa ceeb ka daran tii hore oo sharciga dhakhtarnimada ayaa meel uga dhacday.

Mideeda kale uma baahnid dhakhtar hadaa tahay in laguu sharxo dhibaatooyinka sigaarka caafimaadkaaga u keeni karo!.

Hadii aan su'aal idin waydiiyo akhristayaasha sharafta leh:
Dhakhtarka balwada leh ra'yigee ka heysataa?
Maxaa ka hortagan dhakhaatiirtaas inay joojiyaan balwadaas?

Walaalkayga dhakhtarka ahow, waxaan kuu soo jeedinayaa sida ugu sahlan oo aad isakaga goyn kartid sigaar cabida adigoo raaca 10-kan tilaabo:

1- Dajiso khuddo aad ku joojisid sigaarka, maalin go'ane xadido si aad u joojisid cabidiisa.
2- Is mashquuli si aad isku hilmaansiisid baahida aad u qabtid sigaarka, iskana fogay baakadaha sigaarka iyo bahalada lagu damiyaba (ashtrays)
3- Biyo badan cab, waxaad agta dhigataa glass casiir (cabitaan qasan) ah, mar walbane kaboo oo ha wada cabin, casiirkane yuusan isku mid noqon (maalin liin, maalin canbo, maalin qare, maalin babaay iwm).
4- Dhaqdhaqaagaaga badi, ha noqon qof jecel raaxada, hadii meesha shaqada ay kuu dhawdahay u lugeey hadii kalane babuurka meel xoogaa fog soo dhigo, jaranjarada isticmaal inta aad fuuli laheed wiishka dabaqa. (jimicsiga wuxuu kugu saacidayaa joojinta sigaarka)
