Infakshanka Salmonella / Tiifowga Caloosha (Salmonellosis)

Salmonellosis (tiifowga Caloosha) waa nooc ka mid ah xanuunnada caloosha ku dhaca waxaana keena jeermiska Salmonella (sawirka kore).
Salmonella wuxuu wax yeelli karaa qofkasta, wuxuuse ku badan yahay carruurta ka yar 5ta sano iyo dadka dhallinyarada. Astaamuhu badanaa aad bay u daran yihiin xagga dadka waaweyn iyo kuwa dhibaatada caafimaad qaba.
