Can anyone answer this question?

Mr Andy suffers from chronic kidney failure. Following four years of renal dialysis he has finally found a suitable kidney donor and undergoes a successful renal transplant.

Give a complete description, using diagrams where appropriate, of the process by which the kidney forms urine, from the entry of blood into the renal artery to the flow of urine into the urinary bladder?
