الضغط بالأصابع على راحة اليد طريقة عملية وبسيطة للتخلص من الصداع، حيث أكدت دراسة طبية من تايوان أن هذه الطريقة فعالة وتؤدي إلى راحة المريض من الأمراض العادية والشائعة مثل الصداع

وقالت الدراسة الأكاديمية التي قام بها الدكتور جراهام تشاندييه من أكاديمية الطب الشرقي في تايوان إن "علاج أي ألم ممكن عن طريق ممارسة الضغط على نهاية الكف في المنطقة القريبة من السبابة والإبهام".

كرر الضغط مرات عدة حتى تشعر بالراحة، ولكن على المرأة تجنب الضغط إذا كنت حاملاً، لأنه يعتقد أن هذا التمرين يؤدي إلى تحفيز المرأة الحامل على المخاض

this is called Acupressure... i've seen it in Oprah Dr. Oz was talking about it and i found it interesting.. its used in the spas and massaging
there is lots of points such as dr Munim mentioned in the hand
also in the wrist above the hand with 3 fingers, also in the neck and in the sole
of the leg, and it relieves from many uncomfortable feelings
