Please SOYDA, don't say that, there may be misunderstanding here.
Amal doesn't mean the way your analyzed her reply, may be she would like to help but can't figure how?? and that is why she feels useless and kind depressed.
So I say to her, never give up your hope, you always can do something, DUCO is crucial as financial support...

thanks to efforts of SOYDA group about their genious help to their society,after that please redouble your efforts.and i was amazed about such thinking,because i never expected that young somali medical students can perform this hard work because this work was intended initially for the doctors.
second,i want to remind you to respect others on their comments whatever they are because such job needs tolerence .
on return to amal's idea,she was correct,but there was little misunderstand about her language, so please read the comments carefully before you reply.
