Welcome to Somalidoc. I am sort of a newbie too. One thing I have realised, everyone seems to be titled 'Dr.', is it because the website is Somalidoc, hence everyone titles themselves Doctors? Or they are real doctors? Surprisingly, some of the "Drs." that I came across can't even write a reply properly. No need to name and shame.

Well, most of the members on this site don't live in an english speaking country, so they might be fluent in many other languages! It's different if you're from the US, UK or Australia.
...and for the "Dr." -title I think most of them are medical students, so not real doctors yet.
