Describe the typical CBC in patients with Polycythemia vera?

the hemotocrit is generally elevated to more than55% there is a leucocytosis in 60% of cases characterized by increased bands, myelocytes,metamyelocytes, basophils and eosinophils.
the platelets count is >400000/microliter in more than 50% of pateints
