I feel sad when I remember some situations I have heard or seen before concerns the ignorance or the actions that the patient does to recover soon as he believes. This is apatient had severe headache and he asked this family to help him releave the pain and they bought dozens of paracetamol 500mg tab PO from a dispensary near to them. The patient has taken 60 tablets of them within a day to decrease the pain he is suffering, but he hurt his general condition and deteriorated. The patient was taken to hospital and unfortunately died for liver failure !
