  my question is: what is the organ in the body that does not occur the cancer?

Salaam Dr. Faaya, really your question is trick question, my self if i try i would say that the organ which does not occur cancer iis heart coz the heart muscle left the cell cycle and can not udergg mitosis in the postnatal life and as you know cancers develope during mitotic devisions where Mutation can occur while genetic meterails are interchanging.

It is probably the cornea where there is no blood supply , no lymphatics and no cellular mutation

my opinion would be that there isn't an organ cancer can not occur on. i could be wrong as i am still in med school :)
