Malaria Do Strange Things!

We were sent at the beginning of the last year for course training about community medicine in rural areas for 1 month.
While some of us were attending in a local health center, a woman came with her doughter and moaned to the doctor: "Doctor, my doughter has malaria and she started to vomit frequently early this morning!"
Then the doctor examined her well and ordered some investigations.
The result came back and surprisingly her HCG was highly positive and the doctor worried how to tell such a shocked news to the mother that her doughter is pregnant!
at last he told her using his gradual breaking news policy!
the woman shocked and said "how that happened?! Impossiple My doughter is sick with malaria only,  nothing else! "
Then doctor replied: "UNFORTUNATELY,  MALARIA NOWADAYS DO STRANGE THINGS!!!!!! "

what Somali Doctors do about young Somali pregnancy?? what are options you have in terms.
any Counseling ? do you help to find the dude ( the father) ?
do you provide information like DNA will help her to find the father if she is not sure,does  DNA agree the sharia ?( i know in USA they do nt care "Meher" they will ask you the child support)  i have seen men accepting responsibility,after DNA proofs them they are the father, i hope this will help to find so many strange fathers that  walked away after the notice of the pregnancy...i know this is big burden to  women a child  without  a father... opening a Centers in Somali big cities of DNA will be ideal, at least it will sent a massage men accepting their children..before DNA got them 
why Somali men do nt like to marry a woman if she has a baby with out father...it is haram...NO..then why?? i hate somali customs...

one last thing, i know one famous  Doctor who used to perform an abortions...will you do it and when it allowed ??
