Diet plays an important role to loose weight. Healthy and balanced diet is necessary to keep yourself healthy. You will never get obese if you take well balanced diet. Balanced diet means all nutrients required by our body. But if you are fat enough and you want to loose weight then you have to take extra care of your diet as well as exercise is very much necessary. If you can daily diet it is very helpful to loose weight.Low-fat milk has less calcium than full-fat milk. In diet you can eat low fat food so it is very helpful to weight loose.In diet you can not smoking so it is very helpful for your healthy health.

I personally think that this Myths give the strength to do exercise and other activities against fat weight. You have to make one poster of this myths and put in the room of your exercise.  Here I was seen the link which have some useful myths. Thanks for the post...

You certainly need to count calories to lose weight. People tend to overestimate their physical activity and underestimate their calories. Do not rely on eyeballing your caloric intake or attempt to estimate it. Instead, each day write down what you eat, the calories and the equivalent of your physical activity. To make it easier for you to quantify physical activity, wear a pedometer. Do this every day.
