MSF France, Somalia mission is looking for a Nurse Supervisor

The successful candidate will be based in Nairobi office with frequent visits to the field.

He/she will be responsible for day to day following of the medical activities in Jamaame hospital and liaise with the co-ordination team in Nairobi to offer support as required.

Requirements:
Nursing qualifications, previous MSF or NGO experience.
Must be registered with Nursing Board
Excellent knowledge on Public Health and Nutrition programmes
Kenyan Somali or Somali nationality.
Previous working experience inside Somalia with similar set up
Interest in training, whilst not mandatory would be advantageous
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Interest in and commitment to MSF’s activities, ability to present MSF values, principles and activities to others
Good command of English and Somali, both written and spoken.
Very good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Strong management, networking and interpersonal skills
Proven oral and written skills
Strong multi cultural awareness
Problem solving skills and conflict resolution skills
