Do not worry sister when I come this country the only way I could communicate in English was either I use my hands or got interpreter.  After lots of reading and trying to say everything in English I remember everyone used laugh at me you know what i mean!  :) Now I am better position I even studied in English till I finish Masters.

I am sure you can do if you work hard believe in your self.
