SOAP NOTES!

Aslaama Alaikum folks!

 Just wondering if anyone is aware of websites that are useful for objective findings in the soap note... Im using Mosbys physical examination book which is helpful however Im trying to find other resources.

I dont think you really need to do extensive reading to learn about soap notes.
Objective findings include:
Vital signs (BP, HR, RR, Temp (or Tmax over 24hrs), O2 sat, and in some specialties Ins/outs)
Physical exam: a complete physical takes hours so obviously quick list of less than 5 minute stuff
Labs: CBC, electrolytes, any lab that is pertinent and imaging studies.
