Su'aal: Unclear speech?

Asc doctors all members?
Our little boy (11 month old) says several words, but only my wife and I understand them. He seems to have trouble with a lot of consonants, say 'f' for 'b' and 'k' for 'd' and so on. Does this mean he'll need speech therapy? What can I for him to make his words better? Thanks all.

11 bilood ilmaha jira wax dhib ah ma lahan haddii xarfaha ay isku qaldaan, waxaana laga yaabaa in arintaas ay ku daahdo mana ahan wax laga walwalo.
