Su'aal: Unclear speech?

Our little boy (11 month old) says several words, but only my wife and I understand them. He seems to have trouble with a lot of consonants, say 'f' for 'b' and 'k' for 'd' and so on. Does this mean he'll need speech therapy? What can I for him to make his words better? Thanks all.
