aad baad u mahad san tahay dr hadaan su.aasha saxibkay ku waydiiyya aan sii dabo galo oo ana laftayda an uga bahnaa macluumad s?da culayska lagu luminkaro
hada misankaygu waa 95 kg waxaan raba inaan hoos u dhigo oo aan gaadhsiyo 80 xaga cunooyinka hadaanka waramo 3 wakhtiga ee cadiga u ah somalida ka badan wax ma cuno xilga subina badana maba cuno oo aanba qayb ka m?da boga an ku arkayay dadka aan aroorti quracni inay ka naxisbadanyihin dadka quarcda  xiliga ahbeenkina badana casho fiican baan cuna

[JWBTA] Dr laga bilaabo 2003 anigo 15yr ban waxan galay jawi ka duwan midkan ku jiray oo bilaa activity ah, xiligaas ka dib si dramatically ah miisan ba iigu siyaaday, siiba markaan helay shaqo aan inta bada fadhiyay, sida caadiga ah wn u cuni jiray balse sometimes stresska ba igu keenaya inan wax cuno, ugu danbayn waxan dhihi karaa NASNIINO iyo JIMICSI LA'AAN iyo waliba cunadda ba i horseeday cayilkan..
