A Somali Medical University Lecturer (m/f)
As part of the Diaspora Partnership Programme
Duty station: Hargeisa, Somaliland
The University of Hargeisa is seeking a lecturer for its medical faculty.
The faculty needs specific expertise in various areas:
The fields in bold letters are in priority

1.Haematology
2.Radiology
3.Psychiatry
4.Neurology
5.Legal Medicine
6.Cardiology
7.Gastroenterology
8.Pneumotology
9.Child welfare and Paediatrics
10.ENT
11.Dermatology
12.Endocrinology.

Requirements:
•Somali origin
•Reasonable Somali language skills
•Dutch nationality (or Dutch residence permit)
•Master degree in one of the fields mentioned above
•At least 3 years work-experience in one of the above-mentioned medical specialities
•Work experience in (university) teaching
•Able to work together with local colleagues and support them in their work by “on-the-job-training”
•Willingness to actively participate in preparation training
•Willingness to actively communicate the experiences in Somaliland to friends, family and other people in the Netherlands
•Excellent English skills

Hmm, i fit the dutch nationality, excellent english, and somali lang. But i'm afraid i'm only a lowly 1st year med student.
