Dear Naasib
The Islamic Development Bank (IDB) only deals with official applications through it's consultant in member countries for graduate studies , as for somalia the FPENS(its headquarter in mogadisho with office in hargeisa)  is trusted organization of the IDB in the region. so your application should be through the fpens .....actually i forget what it stands for  ;D ...  and if u want i can give u their number and email which it happens i don't have now  :o .... but i can get them for you...

So could u please send their email and phone number to the mail: naasib@hotmail.com
