IOM is working with authorities in Somalia to recruit Somalis from the diaspora who have expertise in a number of areas that will support and build the capacity of institutions in Somalia. IOM is looking for individuals for the following profiles below.
IOM is seeking the CVs of medical practitioners of all sorts to apply for funding based on the available supply of nurses and doctors in the Somali diaspora. Please indicate what your specific areas of health or medicine may be.
If you have proven work experience and academic qualifications in the areas of health and medicine and you are interested to work in Somalia (including Somaliland), please send your updated CV (preferably with a cover letter explaining who you are, where you are from, and why you are interested to work in Somalia) to midasom@iom.int.
