A woman in her second trimester of pregnancy presents with glossitis and diarrhea. She is found to be severely anaemic and a peripheral blood smear is performed. This is found to be macrocytic with neutrophil hypersegmentation.
A bone marrow shows a megaloblastic picture. Which of the following is most likely to be deficient?

a) Vitamin B1
b) Vitamin B2
c) Vitamin B12
d) Nicotonic Acid
e) Folate (folic acid)

I  think , it is folic acid deficient
