Liver problems are often discovered with blood tests. Symptoms of severe liver problems may include the development of jaundice, abdominal swelling, or even mental status changes. Liver problems can be caused by toxins, congestion, infiltration, or infection.
so what are the common liver problems?

1-Hepatitis A, B , C
2-Fatty Liver
3-Cirrhosis
4-Hepatic encephalopathy
5-Liver cancer
6-Genetic diseases such as wilson disease.
7-Autoimmune diseases such as primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC).
